Signature Scent

Some people don't realize the power of scent. It can create strong connections to a person, place, feeling, or anything else. When I was growing up, a few women who were important to me wore their own unique scents every day. My mom's signature scent was Chanel, Eau de Parfum No. 5, which she's been wearing for years. I decided to follow in their footsteps and choose a new scent every year that represented who I was and who I was becoming. Some years, I would stick with the previous year's scent, but other years, I would choose something completely different.

This year, I wanted to find a scent that reflected my move to California, gave me confidence, and represented my kind, creative, and loving personality. That's how I found Oak Essentials Violet Santal Eau de Parfum. I had always avoided floral scents but had come to love Santal. To my surprise, this scent was the perfect combination of something feminine, subtle, and down-to-earth.

Today, I wear my signature scent daily. It's essential to my routine, making me feel confident and capable.
