During my time at OROS, I worked closely with the VP of Brand to develop the brand story and go-to-market strategy. I oversaw multiple facets of the brand's marketing strategy, including launching and managing the influencer program, directing PR efforts, crafting a digital content strategy, spearheading organic social media initiatives, seasonal creative production, and collaborating with the Customer Service team. My role was integral to driving brand advocacy among our target audience and achieving notable milestones in sales and brand awareness.

Content & Social Strategy

Develop the brand’s first full-funnel social and content strategy for digital channels aimed at driving brand awareness, engagement, and product consideration. Optimized social commerce to drive sales.

Influencer

As part of my responsibilities at OROS, I RFP'd, onboarded, and managed the influencer agency. This included partnering with 1-3 high-profile influencers each quarter and developing editorial content that could be used on our blog, social media, email campaigns, and for paid promotion. By working closely with the agency, I brought on 15 influencers for Q3/Q4 and significantly expanded the brand's reach and credibility. Additionally, we amplified this content on the influencers' channels, further increasing its reach. These efforts were integral to building a robust and engaged community around the OROS brand.
