Stitch Fix is an online personal styling service that provides customized clothing and accessory recommendations based on an individual’s preferences, needs, and budget. As a leader in the fashion industry, Stitch Fix is renowned for its innovative approach to delivering personalized styling experiences to its customers. As a member of the newly formed Cultural Marketing team at Stitch Fix, I created and executed a social-first cultural marketing campaign that aligned our brand with relevant events and trends, enhancing our resonance with diverse audiences. Additionally, I managed an agency in partnership with the influencer team for reactive social, which allowed our brand to respond quickly to emerging trends and moments. My contributions played an essential role in increasing the brand's presence and engagement within various communities.

Elevate
Stitch Fix Grant & Mentorship Progam
Role
I developed the social campaign strategy and worked with the creative team to brief assets for the 2022 Elevate Grant. The first phase was focused on creating awareness and excitement for the program and its grantees. In the second phase, we aimed to drive consideration for the production collections designed by the grant recipients, now available to shop directly on social (IG, Meta) and StitchFix.com.
Reactive Marketing
Role
I developed the cultural moments and reactive marketing strategy by identifying the framework for evaluating "right for Stitch Fix moments”. I manage reactive marketing agencies and Mekanism daily. I worked cross-functionally with influencers, PR, e-commerce, and legal teams to implement the process, resulting in increased SOV, TikTok follower growth, and product sales.
